I obtained my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Sydney in 2012. I have always been fascinated with the human body, its anatomy and physiology and its incredible ability to heal itself. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to the community to better help each person understand their unique bodies and achieve their goals of living a healthy and balanced life. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, I have experience as a Kinesiologist/ Exercise Therapist which further allows me to address proper movement patterns and optimize your posture.

I enjoy treating all types of patients and believe in providing personalized care to each individual. My treatment philosophy focuses not only on alleviating pain, but also promoting long-term wellness by finding the driver and correcting imbalances to prevent future injury.
I am passionate about continuously expanding my knowledge base and have completed numerous post-graduate courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. I have completed the ConnectTherapy and Thoracic Ring Approach with Dr. Linda Joy Lee which is a patient centered model that involves whole body assessment, finding the drivers of dysfunction and treating the whole person. I have a special interest in women’s health and have worked with expecting/new mothers as well as women of all ages in addressing their pelvic health. With the ConnectTherapy framework, it has enabled me to better understand the pelvic floor as it relates to the rest of the body.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, running, and hiking with my family and dog. Running is my passion and endurance training is my therapy. I have completed numerous half-marathons, marathons and some sprint triathlons. To help keep my mind and body balanced, I also practice Yoga and Pilates.
