Whole Body Assessment
Whole Body Assessment takes into consideration how you sit, how you stand and how you walk as a whole. The pain in your low back may be coming from your foot or hip. We are not individual Lego pieces but how we move our bodies as a whole gives us much more information on why you are experiencing the pain and dysfunction in the first place. Our body is connected and a knee injury is rarely ever just the knee alone as the cause of pain. It may be coming from elsewhere.
I believe strongly in listening to my clients, providing individual, hands-on treatment with an important focus on education, active exercise, and treating the root cause of the problem. I strive to give my clients an active role in their healing process by teaching them how to reconnect and understand their unique bodies and recovery path. My Mission is to help you to regain pain-free movement, and restore fun in your activity and your life.
